Dr. Orli Langer

Dr. Orli Langer

Medical Director

Dr. Orli Langer earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at the University of Texas in Austin. Her medical degree is from Technion Israel Institute of Technology, where she earned a dual Masters in interdisciplinary science as well as a Medical Degree. As such she is fluent in Hebrew and English. She continued her training with an internship and residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York. Dr. Langer then went on to a Maternal-Fetal Medicine Fellowship at New York University School of Medicine.

A Diplomate of both the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology and American Board of Maternal Fetal Medicine, Dr. Langer is the recipient of many honors and accolades throughout her career, including the Award of Research Excellence from the Society of Maternal Fetal Medicine and several teaching awards for mentoring students and residents in the institutions where she has practiced. Dr. Langer has written book chapters and numerous articles that have been published in prominent, peer-reviewed journals.

Karina Rua, RDMS

Karina Rua, RDMS

Lead Sonographer

Karina Rua is certified by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers. She is registered in OB/GYN ultrasound. Additionally, she is certified by NTQR in nuchal translucency and nasal bone assessment.
Karina has worked exclusively in perinatal ultrasound for over 15 years with perinatologists from all over the country. She has worked with Dr. Langer since 2008. Karina is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Karina sings in a choir and likes to hide candy in her desk drawer.

Amanda Madan, RDMS

Amanda Madan, RDMS

Sonographer

Amanda Madan is board certified in OB/GYN by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers. She assists in invasive procedures, provides ultrasound instruction for medical students, and participates in research projects for numerous publications and presentations. Additionally, she is also certified by the NTQR in nuchal translucency and nasal bone assessment. Amanda loves to lift weights and can squat 305 pounds.

Tasha Crump, ARDMS

Tasha Crump, ARDMS

Sonographer

Tasha has devoted her entire career to Perinatal ultrasound. She can assist in invasive procedures and has extensive experience in teaching and training sonographers. She is certified by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers and by NTQR for nuchal translucency and nasal bone assessment. Tasha likes crab legs and seeing movies with her son.
